These terms are written as practical product terms for launch readiness. You should have counsel review them before relying on them for a specific jurisdiction, enterprise customer, or app review submission.

  • mypostshare provides hosted OAuth, social account connection, direct publishing, scheduled publishing, API keys, dashboards, logs, and related tools.
  • You are responsible for the activity performed through your account, organization, API keys, provider credentials, connected accounts, and end users.
  • You must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, social platform rules, developer policies, and content policies.

Account and API security

  • Keep dashboard credentials, API keys, provider app credentials, and webhook secrets secure.
  • Do not share secrets publicly, commit them to source control, or use them in client-side code unless explicitly designed for public use.
  • You must promptly rotate keys and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Social platforms and content

  • Social platform availability, permissions, review decisions, API limits, and policy changes are controlled by the relevant platform.
  • You are responsible for content you submit, schedule, publish, or cause to be published through mypostshare.
  • We may block or limit activity that appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or likely to violate platform rules.

Billing and credits

  • Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, usage limits, and checkout flows are presented in the product or pricing page.
  • Usage may be metered by posting, scheduling, connected account, plan limits, or other product rules shown at purchase or in the dashboard.
  • Taxes, payment processor rules, failed payments, refunds, and renewals may depend on the payment provider and billing configuration.

Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent access to any social platform API.
  • Features may change as the product, platform APIs, security requirements, pricing, and compliance needs evolve.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for social platform outages, rejected app reviews, removed content, rate limits, account restrictions, or third-party API changes.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
